Thoughts for the Day
Three things we can do today to be a little greener.
Going green does not need to be difficult it can be started with everyday events
1. Use one less paper towel a day. Just think of all the paper towels we use in a day, think before you reach for that paper towel. Is there a better alternative?
2. Doing at least one load of laundry a day in cold water. Washing clothes in cold water allows fabrics to retain their color and strength longer.
3. Take in reusable bags when you go into the grocery store. This is one of the simpliest things we can do. We all own those cute bags that can be reused. The hard part is remembering to take them in the store, I suggest you put them in the front seat before you leave your home, or carry one in your purse, this way you always have one.
These are three very simple steps that can make a big difference.
Stay tune for more tips or feel free to post your own ideas
